The form and color of Light

Born into a large family of artists, a sister musician-composer, and brother architect where everyone had art in our blood. Our parents very supportive of self-expression and individual intellectual development.

From very early would spend hours doodling even in class it was the only way to sit calmly and concentrate, years later I went to sumercamp under the instruction of the artist Antonio Ponce.

Went into architecture but didn’t fulfill due to El Salvador Civil War.

at the age of 21 started Sto design clothes and paint tee-shirts, successfully financing my college education for Marketing and Business Administration.

in 1982 motherhood made a big change in my life and put painting on hold but continued to draw and sketch, migrating to USA.- extended to 40 years,

Art slowly ignited after a trip to Italy in 2012 and bought an easel which sat collecting dust until 2018 when I after a fatal accident and lost my right leg

This accident awakened my passion for life, taking me back to my roots and I sat and listened to my soul searching and painting everything that would express my love for life, searching for that voice, that space inside where everything is possible.
